I, the requestor, agree to be responsible for ensuring all loaned equipment is:
- Used for its intended purpose in the location stated in the loan request
- Maintained in good working order and returned in the same condition it was received in at the start of the loan period
- Any damage is reported to the club on its return or sooner.
- Collected and returned on time.
I agree that Hornsby Heights Football Club will replace/repair any damaged/lost equipment at my expense.
I understand that all equipment loans are subject to availability and approval by Hornsby Heights Football Club Equipment Officer and/or committee.
